As a conviction and a convention we prepare and serve only vegetarian fare.
We source our vegetables from farmer friends in the locality who grow them organically.
Some of the pickles and other assorted pappads are prepared by our friends who are known for their speciality dishes. An order from us not only rewards them monetarily but acts as an affirmation of their skills when our guests enjoy it.
